This week Daniel and I caught up and talked with Canberra beer brewer and inspirational ex-public servant, Christoph Zierholz about marketing. I say inspirational because lets face it, what beer-loving public servant doesn’t dream of starting their own commercial brewery, yet few would ever be courageous enough to take on such a massive project.
As per usual we talked about Christoph’s inspiration for starting up the Zierholz Premium Brewery and some of his marketing successes and failures in promoting the brewery over a pint of the Zeirholz Porter.
