Infusionsoft is one of the world’s leading CRM and marketing automation applications and is used by hundreds of businesses across Australia. If you’re one of them and have been following the news, you’ll know that they’ve recently rebranded as an entity called Keap. So what does this mean for your business?

What’s Staying The Same

Infusionsoft’s core products and services are going to continue as they are and remain under the name of Infusionsoft. The business will now offer a more comprehensive set of business tools, centred around the existing CRM software under the new name, Keap. There will still be CRM and marketing automation services available, and Infusionsoft will continue to update their software regularly. The only difference is that it will now be less complicated for small businesses to use.

Why Rebrand?

Infusionsoft has recognised a gap in the market and hopes to fill it as Keap. They’ve come to realise that most CRM software on the market is either overly complicated to use or requires so many add-ins to function that business owners end up turning to other providers.

Keap is working on consolidating many new, helpful features into their software so that business owners can find new leads and stay connected to paying customers within the software. With Keap you can now maintain all your client information in one place that’s easy to access and navigate. You can export data from existing clients or scan the business cards of new clients. You can also set up communications so that they’re sent out automatically, making conversions simpler and more streamlined. The continuous back-and-forth associated with making appointments and sending quotes to clients comes to an end here. With Keap’s regular software updates, everything happens in real time.

You might love Infusionsoft, but feel daunted by their rebrand into Keap. Remember that most of the features you know and love aren’t going away. Overall, it’s going to become more small business friendly, making it more useful for you. Remember that if you do get stuck, Infusionsoft consultants such as the team at Win More Clients are always on hand to assist you and answer any questions you might have.
